Terms & Conditions: The following describes the terms that apply to participation in the Baselane Promotional Program (“Program”) offered by Skylight Financial Services, Inc. (“Baselane”).

This Program is offered solely by Baselane, and not by any named merchant or any other third party.

Eligible Participants: Baselane users who have not previously collected any rent payments via Baselane’s Rent Collection tool are eligible. Baselane users must open a Baselane Banking account to receive the payout. Participants can only participate in the offer once.

Eligibility Requirements: You can only receive this bonus once, regardless of the number of accounts or tenants from whom you collect rent. You must collect two months of rent payments using Baselane’s Rent Collection tool from the same tenant, with a minimum of $500 for each payment. The first rent payment must be received using Baselane’s Rent Collection tool within (a) 45 days of opening a new Baselane account for individuals who become a Baselane user during the offer period, or (b) 45 days after the start of the offer period for individuals who are Baselane users before the offer period who have not previously used the Rent Collection tool. After you have completed all the above requirements, we will deposit a bonus of $150 into your Baselane banking account within 30 days. You must open a new Baselane banking account and redeem your $150 reward within 30 days of payout (Baselane banking accounts are subject to approval). Any Baselane users who have previously received a rent payment via the Baselane platform are not eligible for the Program. Offer is good for one-time use. Baselane reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice. You are responsible for determining the tax incidence of any bonuses received under this program and acknowledge that such bonuses may be reported on IRS Form 1099 INT (or Form 1042 S, if applicable).

Baselane is not liable for payment delays caused by named merchants or any third-party vendors. Baselane reserves the right to exclude any users from participating in the Program for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or if suspicious activities are observed. Baselane also reserves the right to stop or make changes to the Program at any time. Baselane values your privacy and the security of your personal information, so please do not include your Social Security number in any email or letter that you send to us.

Banking services are provided by Blue Ridge Bank, N.A.; Member FDIC, and the Baselane Visa® Business Debit Card is issued by Blue Ridge Bank, N.A.; Member FDIC pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Please see the back of your Card for its issuing bank. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Blue Ridge Bank, N.A. is not affiliated with the Program and does not administer it. This Program and any other reward programs offered in connection are the sole responsibility of Baselane and its service providers.
