Terms & Conditions: The following describes the terms that apply to participation in the Baselane Promotional Program (“Program”) offered by Skylight Financial Services, Inc. (“Baselane”).

This Program is offered solely by Baselane and not by any named merchant or any other third party.

Eligible Participants: Baselane users who have not previously collected any rent payments via Baselane’s Rent Collection tool and who have not previously funded a Baselane Banking checking or savings account are eligible.

Or, existing Baselane Banking customers who have previously funded an account are eligible when they bring in $50,000 or more in new money (net new funds above their current balance) during the promotion window. Baselane users must open a Baselane Banking checking or savings account to receive the payout. Participants can only participate in the offer once.

Eligibility Requirements: You can only receive this bonus once, regardless of the number of accounts you open and you must not be eligible for another Program. Unless specified in the terms of another Program, this Program cannot be combined or stacked with other Programs, offers or promotions. If you are eligible for more than one Program, Baselane has sole discretion which bonus is provided to the customer.

You must:

1) Received this offer directly from a Baselane representative, and you can only receive this bonus once, regardless of the number of accounts you open. You must 2) have an existing or open a new Baselane Banking account (accounts are subject to approval), 3) deposit an aggregate total of $50,000 or more in new money across your Baselane banking accounts within 15 days of initially receiving the offer directly from Baselane, OR, fund an existing Baselane Banking account with $50,000 or more in new money (net new funds above your current balance)  4) maintain at least an average $50,000 or more aggregate balance across your Baselane banking accounts for 90 days from the date the initial deposit requirement is satisfied.

After you have completed all the above requirements, we will deposit a bonus of $800 into your Baselane banking checking account within 30 days on a best effort basis. Payment processing delays may occur for Baselane resulting in bonuses being deposited later than 30 days. Baselane does not provide additional money/bonus to make up for processing delays. The offer is good for one-time use.

Total balances less than $10,000 earn up to [v="apytier1"] APY for Savings Accounts. Total balances between $10,000 and $24,999 earn up to [v="apytier2"] for Savings Accounts. Total Balances between $25,000 and $49,999 earn up to [v="apytier3"] APY for Savings Accounts. Total balances of $50,000 or more earn [v="apyvalue"] APY for Savings Account. Rates are variable and are subject to change after account opening. An APY bonus is applied to accounts that collect rent via Baselane banking within the prior calendar month.
