There are 11 million independent landlords in the US who own ~20% of the national housing supply. However, financial service providers have consistently underserved this segment. As a result, landlords are forced to rely on manual processes, limited data, and fragmented technology solutions not built for how they manage their rental properties.

Baselane is here to change this. We are building an end-to-end financial system from the ground up to serve the needs of independent landlords.
