Terms & Conditions: The following describes the terms that apply to participation in the Baselane Promotional Program (“Program”) offered by Skylight Financial Services, Inc. (“Baselane”).

This Program is offered solely by Baselane, and not by any named merchant or any other third party.

Eligible Participants: are individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

  • Received this offer directly from a participating Baselane Affiliate and have signed up via their unique affiliate link to be a Baselane user;
  • Have not previously collected any rent payments via Baselane’s Rent Collection tool; and
  • Have not previously funded a Baselane Banking account.

Eligibility Requirements: You can only receive this bonus once, regardless of the number of accounts you open.

You must:

  1. Have or open a new Baselane banking account (accounts are subject to approval);
  2. Deposit an aggregate total of $500 or more in new money across your Baselane banking accounts within 30 days of account creation;
  3. Maintain at least an average $500 aggregate balance across your Baselane banking accounts for 60 days from the date the initial $500 deposit requirement is satisfied;
  4. Complete at least $1,500 of mortgage payments from your Baselane Banking account, within 90 days of account creation;
  5. Collect at least $1,500 of rent payments using Baselane’s Rent Collection tool, within 90 days of account creation.

After you have completed all the above requirements, we will deposit a bonus of $150 into your Baselane banking account within 30 days. Offer is good for one-time use. Baselane reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice. You are responsible for determining the tax incidence of any bonuses received under this program and acknowledge that such bonuses may be reported on IRS Form 1099 INT (or Form 1042 S, if applicable).

Baselane is not liable for payment delays caused by named merchants or any third-party vendors. Baselane reserves the right to exclude any users from participating in the Program for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or if suspicious activities are observed, including without limitation, in the case of payments to and from the same individual or entity, payments between relatives or close associates, and other actions inconsistent with a bona fide landlord/tenant relationship. Baselane also reserves the right to stop or make changes to the Program at any time. Baselane values your privacy and the security of your personal information, so please do not include your Social Security number in any email or letter that you send to us.

Total Balances between $25,000 and $49,999 earn 3.06% APY for Savings Accounts. Total balances of $50,000 or more earn 3.35% APY for Savings Account.
